Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please be advised that all orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the following business day. If your order is urgent and needs to be shipped the same day after the 12 p.m. cutoff, please notify us immediately. You can email shipping@ldevm.com with ‘URGENT ORDER’ in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Handling/Special Fee rates
Ground, 2 and 3-day shipments | $6.75
Overnight shipment | $25.00
Drop Ship – includes one gift box, crinkle, or tissue paper | $12.50
Same Day RUSH Order/Overnight (before noon PT) | $125.00 *
Freight Shipment – pallet | $150.00
**Special Event Handling Charge**
Please be aware that a special event handling fee of $50.00 will be applied to shipments containing booth properties. We carefully prepare and inspect your booth property before shipment to ensure it arrives in optimal condition.
International Shipping Policy
We charge a $25.00 flat handling fee for international shipments to Europe and Canada. International countries outside of Europe and Canada have a flat handling fee of $50.00. Delivery estimates vary per shipping location and carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LDM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client (tariffs, taxes)
