Domestic Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Please be advised that all orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) will be processed on the following business day. If your order is urgent and needs to be shipped the same day after the 12 p.m. cutoff, please notify us immediately. You can email shipping@ldevm.com with ‘URGENT ORDER’ in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Handling/Special Fee rates
Standard Shipment | $7.75 + $1.50 per box
Overnight shipment | $25.00 + $1.50 per box
Drop Ship – includes one gift box, crinkle, or tissue paper | $12.50
Same Day RUSH Order/Overnight (before noon PT) | $125.00
Freight Shipment (Pallet) | $150.00
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Carrier Pickup Requests
When clients request LD Event Management to schedule FedEx or UPS pickups, please note that both carriers assess additional pickup charges. These carrier-imposed fees will be passed through and included on your LDM invoice. Pickup fees are determined by UPS/FedEx and may vary based on location, timing, and service type.
International Shipping Policy
We charge a $50.00 flat handling fee for international shipments. Delivery estimates vary per shipping location and carrier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LDM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client (tariffs, taxes)
